turtle call

this is when a man stands in such a way that his balls are suspended completely perpendicular with the gooch. once this is achieved, the man starts to swing his balls up and down, using his hips, such that the scrotum slaps the gooch on its upward swing.

that guy did a turtle call right over your face.
