A vehicle driven by a drug dealer that was traded for drugs. The trade could last from a couple of hours to several days or weeks depending on the amount of drugs traded.

An extension of "woo woo" defined as THIS AND THAT, SO ON, SO FOURTH. When one wants to actually omit a part of a story.
But officer, I didn't know the car was stolen, I guy came by and skippy woo woo, I'm driving this car.
