1) A salvadoran female. (male: salvatrucho). Long before the "Mara Salvatrucha" became prominent, the terms "Salvatrucha" and "Salvatrucho" were commonly used to denote somebody originating from El Salvador.

The act of staring at a person or just into space. Your chin must be down and your mouth hanging open with your eyes wide and your head slightly tilted. This term also applies to a person when they wear clothing that is too small and their fat hangs out.

Betty: "Susan, stop twinkin'."
Susan: "What are you TALKING about?"
Betty: "He already had his Thanksgiving dinner, he doesn't want your rolls."
