bagrash 

A irritated area of skin on the chin caused by performing too much fellatio. Could also be caused by shaving.

Me: Hey buddy, what's that red mark on your chin?

Other Person: Oh, I was using an old razorblade and then I put on some really stinging after shave lotion.
