1. The scientific term for a man who has the intelligence of a shrub, and whose claim to political office is illegitimate.

Sede Vacante

Latin words meaining empty chair. Usually means that the papal office is unoccupied.

What the Presidency is in effect, since we now have an illegitimate pretender as our President since January of 2001.

The office of the President has been Sede Vacante since the election of George W. Bush and his taking office in January of 2001.

1. A President of the United States who is totally bogus, or fake.

2. An apt nickname for George W. Bush, as he is a bogus president who lost the 2000 election.

2. A man who combines the worst aspects of a Nazi Führer and a chimpanzee.
