A popular phrase in the north east of the US. Commonly used as a phrase that solidifies something said earlier. Similar to “on God” and even “ on gyat”.

To involuntary submit someone, tie them up, then place your lips around one of their ears and attempting to suck in all possible earwax. Next, the person would spit the sucked earwax back into the original persons mouth, then the person would put their penis into the mouth, using the earwax as a rough and sticky lube, creating a numbing, intense itching feeling on the penis as the person thrusts back and forth.
