Howard 

Term used to identify the person served last at a restaurant. Usually the one who has to say "No its OK, don't wait. Start".

Hallnap 

To stop an unsuspecting employee walking in a hallway and drag him/her into a lengthy meeting. May cause that person to work late or be named a liaison.

"Where's Solomon?"
"Joan hallnapped him into that all day meeting. Let's go to lunch without him"
