To stop an unsuspecting employee walking in a hallway and drag him/her into a lengthy meeting. May cause that person to work late or be named a liaison.

"Where's Solomon?"
"Joan hallnapped him into that all day meeting. Let's go to lunch without him"

An irregular walk caused by a person's obesity, usually a cross beween a waddle and a limp.
