Cottahouse

This is when you purchase a property that satisfies both your housing needs but is like a cottage in the sense that it is serves both purposes. A residence that allows you to have the luxuries of home but is ‘out of town’ and may be on or near the water in a non-urban environment. Therefore, it serves both purposes in one residence. A hybrid property that combines two interests conveniently into one.

We can’t afford to buy both a cottage and keep the house so we are going to gey a cottahouse out of town.

An overly enthusiastic US Republican who is convinced that the only way to convey their message is through ranting and raving at rallies. These Screampublican crave the attention of the media camera, espouse unproven theories and follow political leaders of questionable integrity.

The Screampublicans seem to be taking up a lot of time on Fox News.

bimulous

From the storybook, “A Bimulous Night” the word has no formal definition. Bimulous describes the ideal nighttime setting. A warm full moonlit night with a few clouds that play amongst the moon beams. Warm, quiet but not silent, as the frogs and the crickets play along. Innocent and completely safe, one can walk a path lit only by the moon and have not a care. Indeed, a Bimulous night is the perfect setting after the sun sets. Perhaps to reflect and be thankful for peace and serenity it brings.

She walked only lit by the moon as the peacefulness enveloped her. She was at complete calm in this truly bimulous night.

When having an enjoyable conversation Mason asked me, “do you know who the first person to walk on the moon was”? I reserved input knowing who it was because both he and I were so enjoying the telling of the story.

Carbonwashing

Carbonwashing is similar to Greenwashing. Carbonwashing is the practice of virtue signaling by companies or individuals to proclaim that they are purchasing "carbon credits" or similar type carbon producing offsets as a means to polish their corporate image. While, in the background they may or may not be doing this as it is a very shadowy audit process to actually prove that you are indeed having any impact whatsoever further to whatever metrics you are using to illustrate.

I just came from a conference and they were speaking of "carbon offsets" and "carbon capture" credits for their business. I'm not sure that these companies are actually measuring this properly or even partaking in sames. I think many of them are just Carbonwashing us.
