(Noun) - A person of Caucasian descent who acts in a hillbilly type manner. Also see Redneck, Honkey, and Cracker. Skeeters enjoy loud rock music, cold beer and bonfires. Skeeters can be found in trailer parks and Walmarts. Skeeters are usually not people to be messed with as drunken bare knuckle brawling is nothing new to a skeeter.
