When a person has an gicantic uncontrollable facial spazom, one that can't help but be laughed at.

Spazom

When one has an uncontrollable muscle contraction causing them to move unwillingly in a funny manner. Often refferred to as "a stephen" or "stephening".

"He appears to be randomly jerking" "He has a case of the spazoms."
