TPLL is a abbreviation for "Theoretically Possible Level List". This is a list in Geometry Dash, containing levels which can only be completed on abstract engine. Usually, numbers in those levels are written using googology functions. For example, one of levels from this list, "Transfinite Void", requiring around f_lim(BMS)+ω^2(10) clicks, which is a really big number.
