A Polish vodka made from potatoes instead of grain. It is expensive as hell but well worth trying if you have the scratch. Chopin is named after Polish composer Frederic Chopin.

Mary was upset with Johnny because he drank over half her bottle of Chopin and threw it up on her Persian rug.

arak 

A strong aniseed liquor popular in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine and Israel. Arak is traditionally cut two-thirds with water and served at meals, although it is also very tasty (and intoxicating) without food.

Arak is similar to the Greek ouzo and Turkish raki.

Sami drained five glasses of arak last night and woke up with an incredible headache the morning after.

The Real Folk Blues 

A compilation of classic blues music released in the mid-60's, featuring such artists as John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf.

Also the ending theme to the anime series Cowboy Bebop, which is a show about people having to face up to their raw pasts and is well worth a watch.

The Real Folk Blues has some great music, but it's not the best to play if you have a lady over and are trying to set a mood.
