Type of hardcore music mainly comprised of basic dumbed down chord progression, unintelligible vocals, held together by chuggy downtuned mosh parts and incredibly simple lyrics. As if the songs were written by a team of football players that suffer from Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE)- from having too many concussions.

Tourny 

Horniness as a result of being on tour/in a small group of the same people for an extended period of time. This would usually manifest it’s self in an attraction for a person that would be otherwise not attractive to you.

Being on tour : “Tourny”

flamingocore 

Genre of music that’s “hardcore/punk/metal-adjacent” but still socially acceptable to be played in coffee shops/“non-hc” places.

Some examples of this genre would be: Metz, Daughters (2018-present), Hot Snakes, Mission of Burma, etc.

Originating from a coffee shop called “The Flamingo” in Jacksonville, FL

Person1: “dude did you hear that new Ceremony record?”
Person2: “yeah they’re going totally Flamingocore”
