Eye-gooning

The act of entertaining oneself through visual admiration of highly desirable aesthetics, typically online (e.g., social media, photos, videos) without any interaction beyond observing.

Most commonly used for exceptionally attractive people, but also applies to things like cars, watches, outfits, or anything visually “too good.”

Genevois

Teenagers between 13 and 18, of Swiss origin residing in Geneva, Switzerland. A typical genevois will be an advocate for expensive nightclubs, expensive hotels and restaurants, St Tropez, and Monaco.
