It simply consists of: A medium drink followed by two double cheese burgers with the ketchup and mustard replaced with spicy pepper sauce (which is the sauce from the spicy crispy chicken sandwich), with a large fry, and a Mcflurry with added caramel. NOTE: This sumounts several calories so if you plan on eating anything else later, try eating light
