Combining two words, "moted", which is short for demoted and, "dusted", which means screwed, crushed, & beaten. Used together "moted dusted" is a hyperbolic expression that means getting crushed or losing big time. You're not only demoted but you are screwed at the same time.

"Dude, did you see that wipe out"? "Yeah man, he's moted dusted."
