The relative value of someone who is usually the butt of jokes. Usually the shop/office whipping boy/girl. i.e. someone who is gullible, a rumor monger, gets angry easily, is easily startled etc.

Dominic is such a dweeb, but he's very gullible so he has a high entertainment value.

The act of spucking a loogey that has been in one's mouth for a long period of time, due to the lack of a place to spit it out.

These long chewed hockers have a tendency to bounce upon hitting the ground, hence the term: bounce a chewy

Man, I sat all period with that hocker in my mouth, when I finally spucked it, I bounced the chewy 3 times.
