It's the centripetal force equation. F represents the centripetal force exerted on an object in a circular motion. r represents the radius of the circular motion. ω represents the angular velocity which is 2π/period.
HKCEE A level paper: An object is in circular motion. It's period is 6.28s. The radius of the turn is 10m. The mass of the object is 1kg. Find the centripetal force exerted on the object.
By ω=2π/T
ω=1 rads^-1
By F=mrω²
F=(1)(10)(1)²
F=10N
By ω=2π/T
ω=1 rads^-1
By F=mrω²
F=(1)(10)(1)²
F=10N

Hell. Absolute hell. In Hong Kong we have at least 5 homework per day. Bunch of retarded form 1 and form 2 students thinking they are grown ups and running up and down the corridor like driving a racing car. In form 3 there are so many depressed and frazzled. Form 4 students always beat up one another, form 5 students stressed out af to prepare to face the crappy DSE and form 6 students that does not come to school. If you think that the educational system in Europe and America is bad enough, then you should come to Hong Kong, the most intelligent and depressed place in the world.

It is the fluid pressure equation. P stands for the pressure, ρ stands for the density of the fluid medium, g is the acceleration due to gravity (9.81ms^-2 on Earth) and h is the height of the measured pressure's distance from the surface of the fluid itself.
HKCEE physics paper: Peter filled a tube measuring 3m tall with water to the brim. Find the pressure at the middle of the water tube. (Density of water at r.t.p= 997kgm^-3)
By P=ρgh
P=(997)(9.81)(1.5)
P=14700 Pa (3 sig fig)
