Rapgap

A slight pause created over certain words not allowed by the FCC, thus making songs playable over commercial airwaves.

Eminem's songs have so many rapgaps that you sometimes you can't tell what he's saying. (listen to Bruno Mars' "Lighters" if you need an example)

fidgetherapy

the process of relaxing one's mind and releasing excess energy by fidgeting with an object, particularly a baseball.

I keep a baseball in my desk and use it for fidgetherapy sessions during the day.
