A slight pause created over certain words not allowed by the FCC, thus making songs playable over commercial airwaves.

Eminem's songs have so many rapgaps that you sometimes you can't tell what he's saying. (listen to Bruno Mars' "Lighters" if you need an example)

Noun. This is the white people version of an Uncle Tom. Named after Michael Rapaport who would give oral sex to an African American before being proud of anything regarding his white heritage.
