paddington bear 

A term used by people in the construction industry, specifically estimators. It is used to describe someone who sends too much material on purpose to ensure that he never comes up short on material.

That Bernie sure is a paddington bear.

assripe 

Another way of saying the word asswipe. Usually only used by people that have a hard time pronouncing "w" sounds. People from the Middle East, Lebanon for instance, sometime pronounce asswipe this way.
