Woata stands for Worst of All Time Actions. It is a term popularized by the GOATA training system. WOATA Athletes move around with poor posture, slouching, and move in a way that is asking for injury. You can easily identify a WOATA by their texting neck, rounded shoulders, and externally rotated "duck feet".

You can see that he moves like a WOATA, his hips and shoulders are very tight.

1. piss-itate = irr-itate. when some ones tried to piss you off they are pissitating (just like irritating).

2. piss-itate = piss-(particip)-ate. when your bus pull off for a pee break there's a bunch participating in pee'ing. Like mass urinate.

A bus pulls off at motel, so on boarders can pissitate, 2 minutes later: Stop 'pissitating' man, am already pissed off!!
