a common term used to describe a young male in middle school. Preferably a young lad who plays baseball but is horrible at it. Also used to describe young males who still says 'YEET" or other cringy things. Also usually used to describe males under 5'5.

Person 1: Ew he's literally such a shourtay!
Person 2: For reals I can't believe he's under 5'5!
