It's NOT just a bunch of open fields and Mount Rushmore. There are several cities in the state, it's very mountainous in the West. South Dakota is probably tied with North Dakota for which state best fits the definition of "Great plains state". There are also lots of Indian reservations here too, about 1/3 of the state. Unlike Oklahoma, these tribes weren't forcefully moved here, they are the original people of the Dakotas. But best of all, in South Dakota, you can get a full drivers license at the very young age of 14. So if you're a 14 or 15 year old from New York who likes making fun of South Dakota, you really should be jealous of it.

Get the Dog Shit mug.The dickhead who decided to put his knee on George Floyd's neck for 7 minutes and 46 seconds. He did this with extreme indifference for human life. George Floyd, despite being on drugs, was clearly struggling for his life, but this dickhead kept his knee on Mr. Floyd's neck until the paramedics came. He made all cops look like racist assholes, when, in fact, the amount of racist cops is proportional to the amount of racist people in the population. He is currently free on a $1 million dollar bail and is scheduled for trial on March 7, although in all likelihood, this will be delayed. He'll probably be spending 20+ years behind bars, but Minnesota law does not allow for a life sentence in his case, only a maximum of 40 years.
Derek Chauvin should never have been a cop. He demonstrated extreme indifference to human life with his stupid reckless move. And he had almost 8 minutes to think about what he was doing and stop.

Because of these "faked accidents", murder rates are higher than officially counted. Countless people get away with murder and other crimes and they walk among us, completely unsuspected. Drew Peterson, a cop from Illinois, is a great example. He got away with drowning his wife in a bathtub until her body was reexamined 5 years later.
