dirty sucker

n. A sexual favor performed on a male by a female. The penis of the afore mentioned male is subjected to extreme physical activity, which, in turn, has produced a significant amount of perspiration as well as an anus that has secreted fecal matter so that now there is a combination of sweat and feces in the undergarment of the male. The penis is then inserted into the mouth of the female. This insertion is akin to someone picking up a dirty sucker and placing it into their mouth.

Five minutes after I ran the Boston Marathon, I gave the bitch a dirty sucker.
