When a pain in the ass throws a fit.

ie. When someone who is annoying overreacts to things and causes a scene. Like a boss or gm getting angry over nothing.

Man1: Waice threatened to fire the entire staff over a minor issue..
Man2: yeah, he's a total pain in the ass.
Man1: he's got that hemroid-rage.

A name for someone who draws peckers a lot. Especially in public spaces or at work.
