Jiyaad 

Slang, and sometimes used as a male name in Eastern Afghanistan within Islamic communities. Refers to a person of grand obesity, who usually enjoys screaming really loudly and acting deranged in public areas. This person has a raspy voice, and is often mistaken for a child, albeit often acting like one. He loves to make fun of people of Dominican heritage who owns many pets, and is the type of person to accidentally fall asleep with their baby sister while putting her to sleep. Marvelously, this person is somewhat loved within their community, and enjoys the company of other men, often in bed.
