A Fred is someone who is not a Casual Prepper and despises all things Casual. He is an intense modern man who is more prepared than you are and he wants you to know it.

The person who holds your beer when you're about to do something epic.

Florida man never goes anywhere without his beer caddy. You have to be prepared for awesomeness.

That fart-like noise that your guts make prior to an actual fart.

Wife: "Did you fart?"
