Aping 

Excessive aggressiveness with a shotgun to the point where they dont realize that they are running into danger. A good example of this is in Destiny 2 thevideo game, especially in the PvP modes. When you are standing with 2-3 team mates on a point in control and a shotgunner runs in and kills one person and is then torn apart by the team. They saw the opportunity for a kill and went for it without considering if they’d also be killed. Now if their target was alone, nbd, they are successful and keep rolling.

A lawyer so incompetent that he objects to his own line of questioning.

Browning's Lawyer: You didn't know what caused the damage to his hand did you?
Cool English Guy: Dr Feelgood had told me he had sustained an injury on one of his fingers.
Browning's Lawyer: Objection! Hearsay.
Judge: You asked the question.

Morgan: Did he just pull a Nadelhaft?
Vasquez (opposing counsel): I don't know if I could ever object to something you did.
