When you boop a dog on its nose or tail assuming they only have a prominent nose or a prominent tail.

I performed a uniboople on my shih tzu's tail and on my docked shepard's nose.

Diboople

To touch a dog without a tail on its nose and nubben, or to touch a dog with a stubby nose and tail at the same time.

When I poke my dog gently on its nose and nubben at the same time, I declare it a diboople.
