Its an alternate version of an emote on Twitch.tv that's usually is supposed to symbolize hype or excitement but in this case it symbolizes horniness and attraction to somebody or some object.

Friend 1: Did you see the new skin for that female character?
Friend 2: Yeah, it's very pregchamp.

Shioripon

A vtuber who is also a surgeon in real life. She acts sadistic but is quite thoughtful about the people around her. She even puts aside a chunk of her streaming income to help patients.

She claims to be seiso but does a lot of PP jokes on her own, specially circumcisions. She'll also most likely catch on to any non-seiso references immediately.

Before she was noticed mostly when she posted about her breasts but lately her surgeon activities are gaining traction too.

Bob: Did you see Shioripon?
Dave: The vtuber who is also a surgeon in real life?
Bob: Yeah, I wonder how she has time to stream.
