Jewish Basketball Hall of Fame 

It's somewhere underground if you've never been.

The guy was describing his basketball prowess like he had been inducted into the Jewish Basketball Hall of Fame for playing basketball for a while in school, and calling it an overachievement in life. He had about 2 other guys in the Jewish Basketball Hall of Fame with him, about the same number as you would find in the Irish or Italian basketball halls of fame, but still he didn't want to tone his bullshit down, because to him basketball was more than a stupid fucking game he played in school, it was as sacred as religion.

Clapper 

A fan of somebody. Somebody that claps whenever they see the person they admire walk by.

That guy must have loved a big ole pile of garbage, he turned into a clapper and congradulator whenever the pile of garbage walked by.

Reverse man child

Someone that is grown on the surface, and a child under the skin.

The reverse man child found the courage to steal on that dude that he/she never had as a kid, though he had had his eye blacked before, and didn't know what what was particularly impressive about it.

Overrun 

Run over by someone or something.

His respect and power was overrun by some dorks.

Fake 

Someone that finds a lot of items in their refridgerator that aren't real.

Everything and everyone around her wasn't what it said it was, to her, the world was a fake one, though nothing about her was fake or superficial, in her mind.

Cutting in a downward motion instead of an upward one.

They didn't cut up, they cut down.

Cicadas 

Big, bad bugs with expressive mandibles and big, lively compound eyes. They look and sound like they come from outer space to annihilate anything in their way.

You wouldn't want to imagine getting bit by a swarm of cicadas the way they look and sound. There would be a lot of people wary of an insectoid space invasion if more people were getting bit on the arm by those things, people must be lucky, as some would call it.
