To be clouted is to be hit or attacked quite heavily. It comes from the word clout, which also means to hit something hard. It can also mean you have a lot of money and respect, as clout has two meanings.

Used to describe someone who's got a bit of cash, got the girls and has ascended. Mostly used as a joke. Also counts on roblox. When you reach baller level 69 you know you've got all the clout and the girls.
