Used to be good until around 2015, but since the AlDub clan emerged in 2015, it has gone downhill a lot. It's been running since 1979, making it basically the philippines' equivalent to price is right.
Although the hosts are good in person the show is just not as good as what it used to be. In 2023 when it moved to TV 5 it even got worse as its quality worsened, the writing is bad now, it now has a simple, awful looking set, a small studio compared to a big one before 2023, and the heavy use of AI generated imegery.
Used to be the best show ever, but now it's AI slop. Watch Showtime, its 5x better and more funnier

All you have to do is the mile run (usually 4-6 runs) in like a 30+ degree track and field park with an evil sun and feels like you're about to die, the Fitnessgram pacer test (which is better than the mile, because its inside, but you gt tired), pushups (which absolutely only buff people can do), and a lot of dumb things. Its common to get swollen and injured in this class.
They even force you to do it when youre not fat. If youre not fat, just train in a gym on weekends or run around your house. That's better than pe, at least
