A take on "pwnt", which is a take on "pwned" which is a take on "owned".
Pwned came around through the common misspelling of "owned" (due to the close proximity of O and P on the keyboard), and althought originally a typographical error, through its overuse it entered the vernacular as a word in itself. The -t suffix being used to replace -ed is self explanitory, adds a heightened level of leetness to leet insults.
The r- prefix stands for "royally", and thus, translates to "royally owned".

Notes for cheating on exams written on small and easily concealable pieces of paper with stealth in mind. Called "crib" notes because of the manner in which you hold the notes under your left hand/arm while writing with your right arm, keeping them concealed from teachers/professors with wondering eyes.
The easiest way to prepare for a biology exam is not to study ad nauseam, but to write notes from test reviews into Microsoft Word™ and print them at font size 3.5.

Sarcastic and malicious slang combinging the words Europe and Arabia, indicating that Europe's liberal stance on immigration and huge population increases of Mid-East/North-African Muslims have rendered it an extention of the Arabian peninsula.

Definition: noun; Derogatory phrase used to describe an online gamer who maintains above-averge scores in public play, but only average or sub-average scores in organized, competitive play.
Background: As with any isolated subculture, the online gaming community (espically those of half-life related mods) has developed its own uniqie and esoteric vernacular, likely to leave outsiders(see: noob)baffled. The term itself, comprised of the juxtaposition of two separate instances of online gaming terminology, will only be found in the upper echelons of the competitive online gaming communtiy.
The word "Pub," not to be confused with a residence wherein alcoholic beverages are sold, is an abbreviation of the word "Public." This is a direct reference to Public gaming servers, i.e. gaming servers that are open for any member of the public to join and leave freely. One can now see how the term "pub" found its way into "pub allstar", as it is only in Public servers that the pub allstar excelles, not in real matches.
