It is a polite way of saying Cluster Fuck when you can't say Fuck. Mostly used in normal speech in front of parents, small children, clergy or PC co-workers.

A group of Police Officers parked together talking in their police vehicles.

"I was riding down the street and I saw four officers COPulating in front of a 7-11."

Sweet-a-tarian 

Someone who lives on sugar, candy or anything carby. A play on the word vegetarian. The Adkins Anti-Christ.

"My sister is a Sweet-a-tarian....if it doesn't list some sugar derivative in the first ingredient on the nutritional information, she won't eat it. It is against her religion"

Kinder Yuck 

A super-unattractive child. A kid that even the parents wince at when they look at it. Will make some plastic surgeon rich one day.

"OMG. That kid in the stroller is truly the ugliest child I have ever seen. That Kinder Yuck is going to need sunglasses and a wig surgically attached so none of us lose our lunch."
