Torture

Torture is physically being tortured by various methods. Emotional torture and fucking with somebody's head (psychological) is not true torture.

The guys who were put on the rack in the middle ages would find the claims of emotional torture(calling it a living hell) by people nowadays to be silly.

Assumption

An assumption is never a good reason to make a decision.

The moron did radiation treatment based on the assumption he had cancer, rather than actually knowing he was sick. He died from the radiation treatment instead.
