Introvert

Someone who considers things that are hidden or not obvious deep.

The introvert was not just considered fun, but stimulating to be around by enough people that he/she was called the toast of many a party. It was never obvious that he/she was an introvert, so people who were not like him/her were considered shallow by the introvert and his/her closest relations.

Teflon shirt

Part of the reason charges dont stick to cops. Cops also lie all the time in court, they know how to do it, and they're good at it. They're also good at outsmarting a district attorney that really doesn't want to successfully prosecute a cop, since nobody wants to be the one who does. District attorneys want to successfully prosecute people they know they have a good chance of making a charge stick around for a while. Interestingly enough, trying to prosecute cops lowers their conviction rate, so you'd think they'd try to do a better job at it.

The cop was wearing a teflon shirt in the courtroom like many before him. Many had tried to make a charge stick and ended up wasting everybody's time in doing so.

Police state

A totalitarian state where people have to ask permission to do anything.

People end up with a police state if they don't wake up and fight to keep their government in check. Sometimes it just keeps getting darker, there's no guarantee the light at the end of any tinnel is going to be daylight.

Poodle girl

A girl that has a bubbly, poodle-like energy.

Even when throwing the egg at the dude and saying screw you, the poodle girl that didn't curse came off as poodle-like. Like a poodle trying to act tough instead of being herself, a poodle.

If you believe Bolton over Trump, or you think a Democrat is more honest and caring than a Republican, you've been huffing American glue too long.

As long as you're gonna keep huffing American glue, you might as well start huffing real glue, its gonna do the same thing to you.

Expectations

Telling somebody who already is the way they are to be themselves, then telling them to be more, do more, is an unrealistic expectation.

Unrealistic expectations don't allow anybody to improve on their own terms, so they don't really allow somebody to improve at anything. People don't try to improve at something for or because of a program. Really, they are better off deprogramming themselves, and unplugging from the bullshit.
