The core would be the part of the book that isnt the cover. It doesn't have to be open to contain information about someone.

A picture doesnt prove anything about a person, it shows the person can pose. Being a poser isnt something to brag about.
A picture doesnt tell you anything about who somebody really is, or what they're really like, which is why social media is bullshit.
