To strategically weasel. The act of shirking repsonsiblity for one's actions while simultanesouly appearing cool and in control. To red herring with mal intent. Used especially in corporate settings.

"Man, he really streaseled his way to the top with his promotion. I don't know what he does all day except thro people under the bus."
