A black person who is heavily invested into weeb culture. Usually extremely bland, and even more often addicted to sex and masturbation.

A typical Niggaboo will have anime as their only hobby, and attempt to force it into every conversation.

You know that guy, right? Such a niggaboo. He never shuts up about why Goku would win in a fight against every anime character. Who cares if he would win?
