Phrase used to inspire someone to get their shit together, and stop acting like such a pussy. Commonly used when laziness or an extreme hangover is preventing one from going out for a night on the town.

Diazz wouldn't get his high ass off the couch to go to the club, so I told him "Pull yourself towards yourself!" After that he popped right up.
