5 = PAP (Post a Picture)
99 = Nenen (boobs, titties)

I don't care the name (whether it's send bobs or 599), but asking for nude pictures or any sexually provocative contents is a sexual crime and won't be tolerated (and you know how inmates treat the sex offenders inside the jail)
