A sexuality where someone is sexually attracted to people they are romantically attracted to, even if they wouldn't be sexually attracted to the person under normal circumstances.

Origin: Roman (common etymology with "Romance") + -Sexual

The romansexual person was sexually attracted to him despite him not being their type.

1. Someone who is both a femboy and a tomboy.
2. Someone who is both male and female and also androgynous or both masculine and feminine.

Origin: Fem (derived from Femboy) + Tom (derived from Tomboy)

They were both masculine and feminine making them a femtom.

Origin: Mas (Latin for Male) + Sexual
