Suburban slang for good looking person. Can be used with an adjoining word to define the type of person who is good looking.

An attractive woman walks by wearing a striped shirt. An impressed observer might say to his friend, "striped yurt!"

Stands for Holier Than Thou, as in someone who thinks they are better than you
