A care home or place where demented old people are put to end their days.

My mother was making no sense and she became a danger to herself. We had to put her into a vegetable bin, where she eventually died.

scrotty totty

An unattractive, undesirable young woman. From "scrotty" meaning dirty, unpleasant and "totty" meaning young woman.

By the time he leaves the pub, all that's left us the scrotty totty.
