skiniving 

Scheming and conniving at the same time.

Boy: "Look at that guy over there! He is really skiniving."
Girl: "Don't you just hate it when people start skiniving?"
Boy: "I don't know, I enjoy skiniving." He says as he tries skiniving his way into her pants.

People may tell you it is not a real word, but don't believe them, we all know it is.
