When you're stuck because you want to get rid of stuff that is too nice/expensive to just throw away, but is missing one small part (like a Batcave playset that's missing the Batman figurine), so you feel too guilty to donate it.

I tried to clean out the kids' rooms, but got hit with a bad case of paralystuffis.

minumental 

The opposite of monumental. Somerthing of miniscule importance.

My morning was filled with minumental accomplishments, like tying my shoes and remembering to lift the toilet seat.
