A completely arrogant self-absorbed self-important dumbass. Descriptive terms like simpleton, idiot, moron, or imbecile fail to fully capture the extent of this persons lack of intellect and knowledge.

An individual who uses their station, position, title or profession to impose their will over those they find and/or believe to be offensive based solely on their own ignorant opinion.
An individual who seeks to impose an ideology and/or personal opinion on others, and often believes they are the final word in any controversy or debate.
A person marked by stupidity or foolishness who claims to own some sort of authority and/or expertise that they do not possess, especially in matters of political expertise, cultural knowledge, and/or anything to do with society and the general public at large.
