Ramulout 

Castration Anxiety: The Freudian concept in which a male despises his penis and wishes to invaginate his penis to create a pseudo-vagina.

Musty has a urgent ramulout and is prepping by perming his hair, applying make-up, researching the menstrual cycle, hording tampons, and pushing his penis inwards and taping it that way to see what it feels like without the "extra" male limb.
